Job summary

Ansell is seeking an Intern, Finance to join our Kulim, Malaysia team. You will assist in accounts payable processes, helping maintain accurate financial records and timely supplier payments. This internship provides exposure to general ledger activities and intercompany reconciliations.

You'll develop accounting knowledge in a global leader known for safety solutions, work in a diverse environment, and gain hands-on experience through real projects while completing your Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable activities including invoice matching and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliations for subledger and intercompany balances, and support month-end closing processes.
• Assist with other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Ansell is looking for a Intern, Finance to join our team in Kulim, Malaysia.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in accounts payable activities, including invoice matching, resolving discrepancies, preparing reconciliations for subledger and intercompany balances, supporting month-end closing processes, and ensuring accurate financial records and confirmations. The role also provides support for other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Responsibility: -

• Responsible for accounts invoice matching, resolve any exception
• Prepare reconciliation of subledger, Interco balance and confirmation
• Involve in month end closing activities for closing of system, reconciliation and confirmation
• Other responsibilities maybe added from time to time
