Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Finance Intern in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, to support the team with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations activities. You will help capture requirements, assist in testing, document processes, and create user guides under senior guidance.

The role offers exposure to GL, AP, AR, and costings modules, with training and mentorship in a global health and safety leader. This internship suits students pursuing accounting/finance/business degrees.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and process flows for finance systems.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations by assisting with requirement gathering, system testing, documentation, user support, and training activities under the guidance of senior consultants.

Responsibility: -

• Assist in documenting business requirements and process flows.
• Support D365 F&O Finance and Costing configurations and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Provide first-level user support and issue tracking.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and project documentation.
• Participate in deployments, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.

What you will bring?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability
• Cable to deliver in pressure work environment.
• Exposure Areas General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Inventory Costing, Financial Reporting.
