Job summary

MAHSURI FOOD SDN. BHD. in Nilai, Malaysia, seeks a capable engineer to assist in the administration and documentation of the Engineering departments.

You will support engineers in gathering user requirements, monitor contractor progress, and help improve production safety, quality, and productivity while performing daily production activities. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and a hands-on attitude, with good Bahasa Malaysia/English literacy and the ability to work in tight spaces and

• Diploma holders preferred with exposure to engineering administration
• Able to read and write technical information and forms

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and documentation of the Engineering departments
• Assist engineers in gathering information for user requirements
• Support monitoring of contractor work progress for ongoing projects, highlight concerns, and propose improvements
• Responsible for daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Check and verify all forms before submission to superior
• Evaluate plant operating performance regularly and recommend operational changes to improve efficiency and quality
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Process, Manufacturing, or related field.

Good attitude and strong teamwork spirit.

Ability to read or write inBahasa Malaysia / English.

Able to work in tight spaces and at elevated locations.

Able to work inhot and humidenvironments.

Willing to be hands‑on.
