Job Description

• Communication & Event Support—Support department events and programmes as part of the communication team, including planning, logistics coordination, and execution. Assist in conducting market research and supporting simple advertising or communication campaigns. Design and produce communication visuals and interactive materials such as posters, slides, infographics, videos, and multimedia content for internal use. Assist with preparation of event materials, post‑event documentation, and stakeholder communication. Support evaluation of programme effectiveness by identifying challenges, improvement areas, and recommending innovative ideas to enhance future programmes.
• Adobe License Requirement—Must have your own Adobe license, either a personal or student license (as long as it is not a pirated or cracked version). The department does not provide licenses for interns.
• Administrative & Office Support—Support general administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and record keeping. Assist in meeting coordination, scheduling, preparation of materials, and stakeholder follow‑ups. Coordinate responses to stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner to enhance satisfaction. Provide ad‑hoc office and operational support as required by the department.
• Personal Attributes & Skills—Strong command of English with good creative and professional writing skills for business reports, presentations, and communications. Proactive, independent, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
