Job summary

MyRafee Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Interior Designer for high-profile residential, commercial, and hotel projects. You will develop concepts into detailed drawings, layouts and 3D visuals, and manage space planning, materials and color schemes through to project completion.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with 3–5 years’ experience and strong skills in 3DsMAX, Vray and AutoCAD. Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency required.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle high profile residential/commercial/corporate office/hotel and related projects.
• Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion.
• To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and color scheme.
• Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork, e.g. layout plans, detailed drawings, 3D drawing and as-built drawing.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor, Project Managers and Director.
• Comprehensive understanding in renovation and site issues.
• Conduct site visits and meetings with architects / designers / development team.
• Posses high level skill in 3D visuals for interior design using 3DsMAX.
• To liaise with consultants / development team and understand requirement prior to the commencement of interior design work.
• To produce 3D perspective drawings and mood boards.
• Prepare visuals, project costing and material selection.
