Job summary

MAUD Architecture is seeking an interior designer to drive core design for LOMA from concept to completion in our Johor Bahru office. You will coordinate with teams and suppliers to deliver refined spaces that blend aesthetics with functionality.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong design sensibility, and proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD or 3ds Max. Mandarin and English are preferred for multilingual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential interior design or related experience.
• Refined lifestyle sensibility and strong aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication.
• Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max; Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to gather requirements and translate into creative concepts.
• Develop and execute interior design concepts from concept to construction drawings.
• Create accurate 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to meet design standards, deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee design direction, schedule planning, quality control and preliminary cost estimation.
