in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Interior Designer to lead the full office-design journey—from space planning and concept development to 3D visualization, technical drawings and site coordination. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field, 2–5 years’ experience in office or commercial interiors, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and Enscape.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in office/commercial interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or similar software.
• Strong space planning, design and technical drawing skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and functional workplace layouts, including workstations, meeting rooms, private offices, reception areas, pantry areas, collaboration spaces, breakout areas, and other office facilities.
• Prepare space planning options and design proposals for client presentation and discussion.
• Ensure office layouts maximize space utilization, functionality, employee experience, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop furniture selections, and interior finishes suitable for office environments.
• Prepare design drawings, detailed construction drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop space planning concepts and design presentations based on client requirements.
• Prepare design specifications, material selections, and cost estimates.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and monitor project progress.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a passion for office and workplace design to join our growing team. You will be involved in the full design journey — from space planning and concept development to 3D visualization, technical drawings, client presentation, and site coordination. About you

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in office/commercial interior design

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or similar software

Strong space planning, design and technical drawing skills

Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to speak, read and write Mandarin is preferred

Portfolio showcasing office/commercial interior projects is an advantage
