Job summary

Geometry Design and Build Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced interior designer for design development, 2D technical drawings, and 3D visualisation on interior design and renovation projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with interior designers, project teams, site coordinators, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

You will develop space plans, create 2D drawings, elevations, and layouts, and produce 3D visualisations for client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in interior design / renovation.
• Strong in 2D technical drawings and confident in 3D modelling & visualisation.
• Creative with a good eye for design and strong space planning skills.
• Good understanding of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (only when required, e.g. scheduled client appointments)

4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home

Upon successful confirmation, the work arrangement may be reviewed with management based on individual performance, project requirements, and team needs.

About the role

You’ll be primarily involved in design development, 2D technical drawings, and 3D visualisation for interior design and renovation projects - collaborating closely with interior designers, project teams, site coordinators, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure every drawing and 3D visual is accurate, practical, and aligned with project requirements.

About you

• Strong coordination skills across different teams
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
• Able to start as soon as possible
