Job summary

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd in Malacca City is seeking a talented Interior Designer to develop design concepts and manage residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture and be proficient in design software like SketchUp and AutoCAD.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals for residential projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for design presentations.
• Participate in the design and planning of Show Units, residential developments, and interior spaces.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings that align with project concepts and objectives.
• Ensure design quality, project timelines, and company standards are achieved.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or other related design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and design aesthetics. Ability to independently prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation renderings.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and practical design implementation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
