Job summary

Black Point Design in Kuala Lumpur seeks an interior/architecture designer to coordinate design issues, prepare drawings, and present proposals to clients. The role requires proficiency in perspective, construction details, and technical drawings, and involves collaborating with contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

You will prepare presentation materials, ensure ISO filing standards, and contribute to on-site problem solving during construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture Design or equivalent.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design issues with contractors.
• Assist to resolve design/technical issues during and after construction development.
• Prepare presentation materials and construction drawings.
• Present design proposals to clients and manage client relations.
• Maintain proper and sound filing system compliant with ISO requirements.
