Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Telemarketing / Telesales Analyst to drive the retail sales of financial and insurance products through call center channels and digital touchpoints in Kuala Lumpur. You will engage partner-provided leads, assess customer needs, and tailor insurance solutions to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of outbound call center or telesales experience in financial services, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused, persuasive approach.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of outbound call center, telemarketing, or telesales experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal communication with a customer-focused, persuasive demeanor.
• Industry certifications such as Basic Certificate in Insurance (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), and Health Insurance (HI) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum O level /SPM qualification or higher.

Responsabilités

• Perform direct outbound telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads to consistently achieve personal and team sales quotas.
• Conduct thorough needs-based assessments with customers to match and cross-sell appropriate insurance products.
• Convert prospective leads into active policyholders through effective telesales techniques and consultative sales approaches.
• Maintain complete compliance with industry regulations, internal quality standards, and ethical sales practices during all call interactions.
