Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will generate leads, nurture prospects, and promote products over the phone, while maintaining accurate lead data and working toward targets.

Ideal candidates will have proven telemarketing or sales experience, strong Malay and English communication, and a proactive, results-focused mindset. CRM proficiency and resilience to rejection are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM is required.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their benefits.
• Maintain a database of leads and update customer information accurately.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to interested customers.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development.
