Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven insurance sales professional to drive growth in Non-Motor business. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals while delivering advisory services on insurance matters.

You will manage placements, renewals and claims, lead client acquisition with quotations, presentations and negotiations, and build strong partnerships with branches, workshops, dealers and business

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiar with general insurance products and sales of insurance products.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role with a focus on client delivery.
• Self-motivated, creative, driven and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop sales plans for Non-Motor business.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Pursue new markets and customer segments beyond existing territories.
• Manage new insurance placements, renewals, and claims handling; provide advisory services.
• Lead client acquisition by sourcing quotations, presenting products, and negotiating terms.
• Conduct sales and product promotions, roadshows, and product launches.
• Establish partnerships with branches, workshops, dealers, and business partners.
• Promote Non-Motor Insurance to branches, workshops, dealers.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
