Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn Bhd, a new authorised PROTON dealer located at Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, is seeking a Service Executive to monitor appointment conversion, retention, and Home to Home performance. You will ensure SOP compliance and proper documentation across customer interactions, while coordinating with the Parts Department to minimize delays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor appointment conversion and customer retention to improve Home to Home performance.
• Coordinate with Parts Dept. to address unavailable parts and follow up on job sheets.
• Monitor CSI performance and customer feedback; implement improvements to reach satisfaction targets.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate critical cases to Service Manager.
• Lead customer testimonial video interviews and coordinate positive endorsements on social media according to Proton guidelines.

Job description

To monitor appointment conversion, customer retention and Home to Home performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

To ensure Service Advisors and Customer Relations personnel comply with service SOPs, customer handling standards and documentation requirements.

To coordinate with the Parts Department on unavailable parts and follow up on outstanding job sheets to minimise service delays and ensure timely job closure.

To monitor and analyse CSI performance, customer feedback and post-service follow-up activities, and implement improvements to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

To handle customer complaints, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution and escalates critical cases to the Service Manager.

To lead customer testimonial video interviews and coordinate positive endorsement postings on social media in accordance with Proton's requirements and guidelines to enhance customer confidence and brand image.
