Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, broking, underwriting, claims, or corporate insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, meticulous, with a professional attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of policies, certificates, endorsements, schedules and other insurance documents.
• Verify debit/credit notes and ensure correct premium calculation before payment requests.
• Reconcile monthly insurer statements and payments.
• Maintain claims register and monitor outstanding claims progress.
• Coordinate with parties to progress settlements and follow SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to Group Insurance SOPs and KRAs/KPIs.
