Job summary

Senai-Desaru Expressway Berhad is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to support claims processing and liaison with insurers and third parties. You will coordinate, compile, prepare and negotiate documentation for insurance claims, and ensure timely submission to management.

The role requires basic insurance knowledge, strong communication and data-entry skills, and the ability to work with local authorities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a Diploma in Business (Insurance) preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recover replacement cost from the insurance provider by coordinating and preparing claims documents.
• Recover replacement cost from 3rd parties and negotiate documentation for settlements.
• Process damage claims by 3rd parties and recommend reasonable settlements based on market rate.
• Liaise with authorities to facilitate insurance claims.
• Submit periodical insurance reports to management and prepare monthly reports.
