Job summary

JOB EXPERT GROUP in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced insurance professional to drive growth across distribution channels and strengthen partnerships with insurers. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in insurance, financial advisory, bancassurance, or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and end-to-end processes.
• Strong business development, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the insurance business across distribution channels.
• Manage relationships with insurance partners on products, campaigns, training, and operations.
• Support and coach advisers on product selection, quotations, and complex case structuring.
• Join client discussions for complex insurance cases where needed.
• Evaluate products and market trends; develop comparisons, sales concepts, and adviser materials.
• Coordinate and elevate new business, underwriting, servicing, and claims matters with insurers.
• Monitor sales performance, adviser productivity, insurer contribution, and product mix.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including tools, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
