Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a dynamic partnership professional to drive affinity strategies and expand motor and non-motor insurance distribution through digital platforms. You will collaborate with partners to implement API integrations and deliver seamless digital insurance experiences.

In this role, you will work with IT, Digital, Operations, Product and Underwriting teams to optimize customer journeys, manage partner onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance while pursuing sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, insurance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Experience in Motor and Non-Motor insurance products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Affinity partnership strategies to grow Motor and non-motor insurance business.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with digital platforms, e-commerce, automotive partners, fintech, associations and corporate organisations.
• Drive API integration initiatives with partners to enable seamless digital insurance distribution and automated processing.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Product and Underwriting teams to implement technology driven solutions that enhance customer experience and operation efficiency.
• Manage end to end partner onboarding, implementation, and post launch performance.
• Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend new digital propositions.
• Build long term strategic relationship with partners to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
• Ensure all partnership initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
