Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in financial advisory, insurance, bancassurance or wealth management.
• Domain: Knowledge of Life, General, Investment-Linked products and end-to-end distribution workflows.
• Communication: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic business development initiatives to accelerate insurance sales across distribution channels.
• Manage relationships with insurance partners and coordinate product launches, promotions, and adviser enablement.
• Coach financial advisers on product selection, complex case structuring and quotation strategies; participate in joint client consultations when needed.
• Evaluate market trends and insurer offerings to produce product comparisons and sales frameworks for advisers.
