Job description

• Build a core KPI system based on business workflows, conduct regular operational data monitoring, identify operational optimization opportunities in a timely manner, and deliver data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational input-output efficiency through ad-hoc business analysis, dynamically monitor the effectiveness of business decisions, and ensure optimal allocation of corporate resources.
• Provide end-to-end operational support for the front-end sales team. Sort out existing business workflows, formulate productized solutions based on business rules, and continuously optimize collaborative processes between front-end and back-end teams.
• Participate in key business projects, coordinate cross-departmental resources efficiently, and deliver practical and implementable operational solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from full-time university, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or other related disciplines.
• Candidates with solid data analysis capabilities and financial industry working background are preferred; Big Four accounting firm experience is highly preferred.
• Possess strong logical thinking and analytical ability, effective communication skills and good teamwork spirit, with basic product thinking and business awareness.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, which can be used as working languages.
