Job summary

OX Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a specialist to oversee operational governance, optimize data flows, and coordinate cross-departmental project execution across Trading, Risk, IT, and CS teams in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities include building KPI-tracking reports, supporting CRM optimization, and standardizing SOPs while training the team for higher efficiency and accountability. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with a willingness to work 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in FX/CFD or related industries.
• Outstanding project coordination and cross-departmental communication skills.
• Proficient in operating CRM systems, trading back-offices, MT4/MT5/MAM/social trading software, and back-office control panels.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT; able to produce high-quality operational data analysis reports.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with strong written and verbal skills.
• Willing to work a 24/7 shift rotation, including night shifts.

specialist is responsible for overseeing and comprehensively coordinating operational governance. The role focuses on optimizing data flows, managing cross-departmental project execution (such as participating in the formulation of campaign standards and processes), and supporting the group's business expansion and efficiency enhancement by tracking operational data and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Flow Supervision & Compliance: Manage daily customer service workflows, optimizing customer service processes to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Trading, Risk, IT, and CS teams to drive fast resolutions to daily operational problems.
• Data Analysis & KPI Tracking: Possess strong data analysis capabilities, with responsibility for building and maintaining operational reports, closely monitoring team KPIs (such as turnaround times, client activation conversion rates, reduction of operational error rates, etc.), and reporting to senior management.
• System & CRM Optimization: Work closely with IT and product teams to assist in CRM system optimization, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental project communication.
• Process Standardization & Team Management: Author and standardize advanced multi-perspective (client, customer service, CRM) SOP workflow documents, and guide and train the team to improve overall operational efficiency and team accountability.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

• Background Requirements: 5+ years of operations (OP) experience in Forex (FX) / Contracts for Difference (CFD) or related industries; experience in training and team management is preferred.
• Project & Cross-Border Coordination: Outstanding project coordination and cross-departmental communication skills, capable of effectively supporting cross-border operations targeted at the Chinese market as well as international business units.
• Technical & Platform Proficiency: Proficient in operating CRM systems, trading back-offices, MT4/MT5/MAM/social trading software, and the back-office control panels of social trading systems.
• Tools & Analytical Capabilities: Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, and flowchart tools, with the ability to produce high-quality operational data analysis reports.
• Bilingual Leadership: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with strong written and verbal expression skills, enabling seamless communication across multicultural teams.
• Data Analysis Skills: Able to independently generate operational reports and track KPIs.
• Working Hours Requirement: Must be willing to work on a 24/7 shift rotation, including night shifts.
