Job summary

CIMB Kuala Lumpur seeks an equities trading professional to execute client orders under guidance and monitor order flow for DMA and program trades. You will assist in blotters, reconciliation, and reporting while keeping clients informed of executions and market developments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in institutional dealing or capital markets, with familiarity of Bloomberg/Fidessa and strong regulatory compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field is required.
• 1–2 years in institutional dealing, equity trading or capital markets.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Fidessa, or equivalent OMS/EMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders accurately under senior dealers' guidance.
• Monitor order flow and manage less complex trades including DMA transactions.
• Assist in preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of trade blotters and execution reports.
• Monitor real-time market movements and provide updates to senior traders and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies; support risk management.
