Job summary

RHB Asset Management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Circle Lead, Central Dealing to oversee trade execution across equity markets, money market placements, deposit placements, and feeder funds.

You will lead a high-performing Central Dealing team, ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to investment mandates, and collaborate with custodians, brokers, and fund management teams to drive efficiency and prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in asset management, central dealing, fund operations, or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and trade execution.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and investment mandate controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trade execution processes across asset classes.
• Oversee opening and maintenance of trading accounts with CUTS compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and mandate compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate reports for stakeholders and auditors.
• Monitor controls to ensure prudent dealing activities.
• Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and fund management teams.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and risk management.
• Lead the Central Dealing team to achieve service standards.
