Job summary

FWD TIM in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an investment operations professional to support day-to-day trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple markets. You will coordinate with front office, custodian and accounting teams to ensure accurate trade capture and timely settlement.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in accounting/finance and 2–4 years in middle office operations, with knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or similar systems and familiarity with collateral and cash

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience working in middle office operations, collateral support, trade processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day trade settlement and front-to-back trade support for clients.
• Provide trade support to the investment front office in Group Entities and HK when necessary.
• Execute collateral management activities, including monitoring cash balances and settlements.
• Coordinate with custodians, fund managers and Bloomberg for reconciliations.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to procedures and controls.
