Job summary

PCOM Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator in Malaysia to liaise with Telekom Malaysia (TM), sub-contractors, and site teams, ensuring installation standards and regulatory compliance.

The role involves PO/invoice handling, weekly installer updates, and rigorous performance tracking against KPIs and SLAs. You will maintain project logs, prepare progress reports, and address escalated customer complaints, conducting root-cause investigations to safeguard service quality

Qualifications

Experience coordinating projects with installation teams and vendors.
Ability to prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.
Ability to monitor KPIs and SLAs for subcontractors.
Experience maintaining project logs and generating progress reports.

Responsibilities

Liaise with TM, sub-contractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with installation standards and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare, manage, and secure approvals for Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices; submit to Telekom Malaysia (TM) and PCOM Finance.
Responsible for tools and equipment for PCOM installers inhouse.
Conduct site and team inspections or audits.
Update team database for installers weekly.
Monitor and manage installation teams and sub-contractors to meet Project KPIs and SLAs.
Maintain accurate project logs; prepare daily/weekly progress reports; track Work Orders (WO).
Handle customer complaints escalated to TM; mitigate demerit points and penalties; perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
