Job summary

FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead telecom infrastructure deployments, including FTTH and transmission networks. You will oversee subcontractors, site teams, and schedules while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of project management experience in telecom deployments, plus leadership, planning, risk management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure deployment (FTTH, GPON, DWDM, PTN, IPRAN or similar).
• Experience managing Telekom Malaysia (TM) projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors, site teams, project schedules and customer relationships.

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment, including FTTH, GPON, DWDM, PTN, IPRAN, or other transmission and access network projects.

Experience managing Telekom Malaysia (TM) projects is highly preferred.

Proven experience in managing subcontractors, site teams, project schedules, and customer relationships.

Strong knowledge of FTTH network deployment, transmission networks, and telecommunications project implementation processes.

Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, quality control, and material management.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking/reporting tools.

Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.

• Familiarity with Telekom Malaysia standards, acceptance procedures, and quality requirements.
• Experience in vendor, subcontractor, and stakeholder management.
