Qualifications

• Able to work independently and maintain responsibility on site.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

INSPECTOR-OF-WORKS ( CIVIL & STRUCTURAL)

We are seeking an Inspector of Works (Civil & Structural) to join our team and oversee the quality and progress of construction works at our project site.

Key responsibilities

Provide full-time supervision at the construction site.

Monitor and inspect contractors' works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant standards.

Carry out inspections and coordinate testing activities as required.

Monitor and ensure proper quality control throughout the construction process.

Identify and report any defects, non-compliance or workmanship issues.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants and relevant project personnel on site matters.

Monitor the progress and quality of civil and structural works.

Ensure construction works are executed safely, properly and in accordance with project requirements.

Prepare and maintain relevant site inspection and quality control records.

About you

Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.

Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as an Inspector of Works.

2–5 years of relevant site experience, particularly in the supervision of building works.
