Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Seberang Perai, ensuring works comply with contract terms and statutory requirements.

You will keep detailed on-site records, attend progress and site meetings, and report weekly to the Site Officer. You will liaise with contractors, authorities, and HQ to facilitate works.

The role requires supervising materials, inspecting workmanship, and recommending procedural adjustments to improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Responsible for following up on instruction & commitments associated with the project.
• Ensure the works are as per contract.
• Keep the detailed record on site, and report to the S.O. on the progress report weekly.
• Ensure the working procedure to comply with the relevant statutory requirement, agreed method and recommend modification to the process with HQ
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings
• Liaise with all involved parties and local authorities to facilitate the construction activities.
• Supervise, investigate, inspect and check the materials that to be used to by the contractor for construction works.
• Prepare and issue amended construction details and issue out engineer’s instruction if required.
• Keep monitoring site condition
