Job summary

IMPERIO MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a meticulous Inspector of Works to ensure site activities meet the contracts, drawings, and approved procedures, delivering high-quality workmanship and value to the client.

You will conduct regular visual inspections, take measurements, and collect site samples, while maintaining strict health and safety compliance and providing detailed progress reports to the Architect, Planner, and Client.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and refer to Construction Drawings and written technical instructions.
• Solid working knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.
• Highly vigilant, detail-oriented, and strict regarding technical aspects of site construction.
• Excellent communication skills for professional reporting and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Ensure all construction materials and workmanship strictly comply with the specifications and standards set by the architects/engineers.
• Site Inspection: Conduct regular visual inspections, take measurements, and collect site samples to verify project compliance.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to relevant legal and HSE legislation, immediately reporting any deficiencies to the concerned parties.

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Inspector of Works (IOW) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all site works are carried out in strict accordance with the Contracts, Construction Drawings, and approved work procedures to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and value for the client.

Key Responsibilities:
