Job summary

The successful candidate will monitor daily site activities, verify contractor records, notify consultants of drawing discrepancies, and prepare regular reports for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
To carry out administration of day-to-day matters arising between consultants and contractor on architectural elements of work.
To ensure that the M&E works are executed in accordance with the M&E construction drawings.
To notify the consultants if there is any discrepancy on the drawings.
To resolve daily technical site issues with contractor.
To verify site records submitted by contractor.
To carry out regular reporting of finding to all parties.
To carry out other duties as instructed by Management.
