Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Architectural Inspector to monitor construction works for compliance with drawings and specifications. You will assess workmanship, materials and finishes, identify defects, and coordinate with consultants and site teams to ensure timely rectification and thorough documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Architecture or related field, LAM registration, and 1–3 years of site inspection experience, with strong detailing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• LAM registration is mandatory for this role.

• Able to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
