Job summary

You will analyze performance across products and markets, build reports and dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, BI, Data Analysis, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, SUMIFS) and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Good understanding of marketing metrics and campaign performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across products, channels, and markets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
• Consolidate information from different data sources for consistent reporting.
• Translate data findings into practical recommendations for campaign optimization and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations, and Finance to meet reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality and document metrics, methods, and assumptions.
