Job summary

Jora Malaysia is expanding its commercial team in Malaysia and is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth. You will work with Marketing, Business Development and Technical teams to qualify inbound enquiries and conduct outbound prospecting.

The role offers exposure to cloud solutions, SaaS, managed services and enterprise technologies across APAC, with clear progression into enterprise sales for high performers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, Business Development or B2B Technology Sales.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification and CRM best practices.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven with KPI focus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and qualify leads through a structured sales process.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain prospect pipelines across industries including technology, fintech, gaming, digital platforms and enterprise.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team and ensure opportunity handovers.
• Manage smaller transactional sales opportunities from qualification through quotation and closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and activity reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and Technical teams to maximise lead conversion.
• Monitor pipeline performance and improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
