Job summary

ANCILE Solutions in Penang (Bayan Lepas) is hiring a Sales/BD professional to drive lead generation and close IT deals. You will identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and build strong client relationships while presenting tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, support quotations and negotiations, and maintain CRM records. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; you will contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a dynamic IT sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate new leads.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present product/service features and benefits to customers, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to support deal registration, quotations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow up on proposals, quotations, and sales opportunities to ensure timely closure.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide input to marketing campaigns and support promotional events/webinars.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Key Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision; reliable, highly motivated, and performance-driven.

Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other relevant tools.
