Job summary

Valued System Advisor Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to work with the Sales Account Manager to execute the sales plan and grow new and existing customers. The role offers a good basic salary with commission, an attractive incentive program for high achievers, and a Monday-to-Friday, stable work environment.

You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct cold calls, and generate weekly sales reports, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic IT system

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in the related fields.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred for communication with China clients.
• Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team with all levels of personnel.
• Experience in IT inside sales will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and cooperate with Sales Account Manager to execute the sales plan.
• Attend customer enquiries and prepare quotations in a timely manner.
• Perform cold calling and follow up on each business opportunity to drive growth.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.
• Support other sales admin duties as assigned by management.
