Job summary

PIC Engineering And Services is seeking an Internal Sales Support Engineer to assist sales and operations for process control equipment and testing machinery. The role focuses on developing product knowledge, handling inquiries, and preparing quotations while maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering background with 1–2 years in sales/marketing in instrumentation and is ready to work in a team, with good MS Office skills and own transport.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Instrumentation & Control.
• 1–2 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in instrumentations related to process industries.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop company products knowledge as soon as possible.
• Promote and establish the market for company products.
• Prepare proposals for products and systems or packages based on company products.
• Attend inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals.
• Prepare Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, and shipment arrangement.
• Maintain good customer relations by solving their problems and providing efficient customer support.
• Manage sales and operation activities.
• Achieve overall sales target and profit performance.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to existing customers.
• Search for prospects, identify potential customers, and promote company products.
