Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or related function preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone, email and other digital channels.
• Organised and able to manage customer communications and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customers and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Work towards sales targets and support market share expansion.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and other required sales documentation.
• Process customer cash payments and coordinate product collection.
• Prepare regular sales reports and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
