Second Talent in Malaysia is seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive to bolster our client-facing teams across the full product portfolio. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, upselling, quotation management, and sales coordination.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct outbound calls, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with field sales and service teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective and existing customers.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage quotations, customer enquiries, and multiple follow-up activities.
• A proactive and target-oriented mindset, with an interest in identifying upselling and business development opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Experience in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, technical products, or industrial sales is an advantage but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead Generation: Respond to inbound enquiries, conduct outbound cold calls using existing databases, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Customer Development: Upsell products and services to existing customers, including service contracts, consumables, and related solutions.
• Customer Reactivation: Re-engage inactive customers and develop opportunities to generate repeat business.
• Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations, follow up with customers, and support the conversion of enquiries into sales.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with field sales representatives and service engineers to coordinate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and provide responsive support throughout the sales process.
• Sales Support: Assist with day-to-day internal sales activities across the company's business units and product portfolio.
