Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an entry-level sales professional in Malaysia to sell or renew products and services by phone or electronic channels. The role includes lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and supporting order processing and delivery follow-up.

You will work with the sales team to grow and maintain relationships with customers and partners. You will be expected to stay current on company products and industry trends, and to provide accurate activity and forecast reports.

Qualifications

• Entry-level professional on a project or work team; work is closely supervised.
• Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.

Responsibilities

• Sell or renew the company’s products and/or services via telephone or electronic means.
• Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify and follow up with sales leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems and services; prepare activity and forecast reports.
• Support back end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, delivery follow up, etc.
