Job summary

Hitachi Group is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional in Malaysia to perform outbound calls, identify customer needs, and promote products or services. You will generate and qualify leads, handle inquiries, and drive daily, weekly and monthly targets while maintaining CRM records and working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required or welcomed.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in telemarketing or telesales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Handle customer enquiries and address basic concerns professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to drive conversion and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call, lead generation and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation and business development.
• Gather feedback and market insights, sharing them with relevant teams.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
