• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize injection molding processes for high-quality plastic components.
• Inspect molds and machines before testing; conduct mold testing per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers to prepare testing reports and address defects.
• Collaborate with project engineers and toolmakers on testing outcomes and issues.
• Suggest improvements to reduce cycle time, minimize part rejection, and boost production efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to supervisors/technicians; support shift changes as needed.
