THE PLACE BY DECO in Alor Setar, Kedah, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead infrastructure and civil construction projects. This full-time, on-site role requires strong planning, budgeting, and team leadership to deliver projects safely, on time and to specifications.

You will review drawings, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and authorities. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years in project management are required; AutoCAD

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in project management or related field.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, civil works, roadworks, drainage, earthworks, or utilities preferred.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, site operations, and schedules.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate activities, resources, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, work schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Track costs, budgets, variations, and resource allocation to minimise extra expenses.
• Supervise Site Agents/Supervisors and project personnel to meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.
