Job summary

HY Solution Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee infrastructure construction projects, including roadworks, drainage and sewerage. You will plan, coordinate and monitor activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to contract standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, with a track record in managing site operations. Company car, statutory contributions and leave entitlements are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction, with proven project management and site operations capability.
• Experience in infrastructure construction including roadworks, drainage and sewerage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, coordinate and oversee construction projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resource allocation and milestones.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate site engineers and supervisors, subcontractors and construction workers.
• Monitor site productivity, material usage, and manpower allocation for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to Top Management.
