The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilai. This role oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and business applications, to ensure reliable and secure operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and corporate functions. The manager will plan and implement IT projects, manage system upgrades, and coordinate with vendors to support hardware, software, and cloud services. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, enforcing cybersecurity policies, and maintaining data backup and disaster recovery procedures. The role also involves leading and mentoring IT staff, documenting processes, supporting end users, and collaborating with management to align IT initiatives with regulatory requirements and business goals.
