Job summary

ROYCE Pharma Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead the company’s IT infrastructure and security. The role is full-time and on-site in Nilai, overseeing servers, networks, security systems and business applications.

You will plan IT projects, manage upgrades and coordinate with vendors to support hardware, software and cloud services. You will monitor system performance, enforce cybersecurity policies and ensure reliable operations across manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Strong IT infrastructure and cybersecurity experience for manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and enterprise software.
• Ability to manage IT projects, timelines and budgets with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; regulatory knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage and security.
• Plan and implement IT projects and system upgrades; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and enforce cybersecurity policies.
• Maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Lead and mentor IT staff; document processes and end-user support.
• Align IT initiatives with regulatory requirements and business goals.
