CXS Analytics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior thought leader to steer thought leadership and market positioning in HR technology and talent analytics. You will engage with enterprise clients, lead solution demonstrations, and drive market-ready insights that shape product roadmaps.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, public speaking, and leadership of consulting teams with a focus on B2B SaaS environments and Malaysian HR practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology, talent management, or workforce analytics consulting.
• Deep understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HCM systems.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor market and HR practices.
• Track record of thought leadership and public speaking.
• Experience leading consulting or solution engineering teams.
• Proven experience in client-facing role and stakeholder management.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred.

Responsibilities
