Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Manager, Business Development & Marketing to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role combines business development, technical specification activities, customer relationship management, and online and offline marketing responsibilities. You will work with cross-functional teams to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT or related.
• MBA is advantageous.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in industrial/tech sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with technical specifications and tender requirements.
• CRM usage and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic BD and sales plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators and other stakeholders.
• Present products, services and technical solutions through meetings, presentations, networking and events.
• Drive product specification activities to secure inclusion in requirements and tenders.
• Manage online and offline marketing to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, product promotions and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, operations and cross-functional teams for execution.
• Monitor industry developments, customer requirements, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Maintain active business pipeline and track progress of prospects, projects and opportunities.
• Prepare regular BD reports, sales forecasts, market updates and performance analyses.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for customers and opportunities.
• Support achievement of revenue, market expansion and customer acquisition goals.
