Job summary

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3+ years in industrial sales, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to read financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years sales experience selling industrial products.
• Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented.
• Work independently, possess good communication and strong presentation skills.
• Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials.
• Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the area of responsibilities.
• Negotiate tender, contract terms and conditions and prepare Sales contracts.
• Visit and meet prospective customers to provide services and solicit orders.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze cost and sales, quotations and maintain client accounts.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support.
• Prepare demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events.
• Collaborate with supply chain management, sales support, project engineers and order fulfillment teams.
