Job summary

Chenbro (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites fresh graduates in Mechatronics or related fields to join our new Senai Airport City, Johor plant. You will conduct time observations to determine standard task times, write SOPs, and revise ISO documents, while developing ESOP and ROUTING for efficient production processes.

Mandarin proficiency is a bonus for liaising with Taiwan headquarters and customers. Proficiency in Office is expected; Pro/E and Oracle experience are optional as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess degree (Preferred in Mechatronics or a related field).
• Good communications skills essential.
• Comfortable with production floor environments (temperature, dust, noise, etc.).
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communicating with Taiwan HQ and customers.

Responsibilities
