Job summary

BI Technologies Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to manage the company clinic, provide first aid, and oversee medical supplies and emergency equipment. Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical Care or equivalent.
• Registered Occupational Health Nurse preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in occupational health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Manage the company clinic/first-aid room, medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
• Monitor employee health, sickness absence, medical leave, and occupational health trends.
• Coordinate health screening, medical surveillance, vaccination, and wellness programs.
• Support investigation and follow-up of workplace injuries and occupational illnesses.
• Maintain confidential employee medical and health records.
• Coordinate with panel clinics, hospitals, SOCSO/PERKESO, and other healthcare providers as required.
• Work with HR and EHS on employee health, safety, return-to-work, and workplace risk matters.
• Conduct health awareness programs such as ergonomics, hygiene, heat stress, and healthy lifestyle campaigns.

Handle employees medical claims/clinics claim, insurance accident claims and SOCSO

Prepare report and statistic for Management review Monthly

Provide medical checkup for new recruitment(Vmi Test,Bmi,Blood Pressure)

Job Specification

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing, Medical Care or equivalent.

Preferable a registered Occupational Health Nurse.

At least 2 or 3 years' working experience in the related field is required for this position
